New Schengen countries as from 01 january 2008

Version differences in dutch-immigration site.

On 1 may 2008, the Dutch version of the website is completely renewed.

Soon after this date, the English version of the website will also be renewed. In the mean time the "old", not fully correct, information will still be accessable.

The most important changes contain the introduction of the European agreement en the consequences of the introduction.

New Schengen countries as from 01 january 2008

As from 1 january 2008 the following countries will be a part of the Schengen area:

Estonia Hungary Latvia Lithuania Malta
Poland Slovenia Slovakia Czeckh republic
